Did You Know ??? In 2007 FYFB:
· Served close to 30,000 meals through our Community Drop-in Centre.
· Performed over 1,300 counselling cases.
· Provided over 215,000 meals through our 3-day grocery baskets.
· Received over 18,000 voluntary service hours of time.
This year alone FYFB will provide the equivalent of 70,000 days of groceries through our 3-day food hampers, serve 30,000 meals through our kitchen and perform 1,500 counselling cases to help people get back on track.
FYFB is the largest agency of Daily Bread Food Bank by client base. In total Daily Bread supports more than 60 food banks in the City of Toronto and between 150 and 200 agencies in total, including shelters.
