Advocacy And Meal Program Statistics Chart
The FYFB web-site (www.fyfb.com) went live.
Funding application to extend our Advocacy Project was submitted.
New Community Vitality initiatives launched - Community Garden and 'Food for Thought' partnership.
FYFB was profiled in the SingTao newspaper and a Chinese Professionals Association of Canada e-mailout.
Submitted Community Participation application to increase volunteer flow.
Conducted several visits to build partnerships with Temples and Gurudwaras.
Conducted a letter campaign to generate donations.
Intermittent food shortages were experienced - bread, cereal, juice and rice.
Funding application to the Food and Hunger Action Committee was turned down.
