Are you ready to bowl? FYFB's Strike Out Hunger Bowlathon is scheduled for Thursday, June 18. It's a fun evening out that helps to fund our many programs. Round up friends to form a team of five, raise $100 each and you can do good for the community and have fun at the same time! You might even win a trophy! A great evening of fun and friendship, Strike out Hunger brings together 160 friends of FYFB on 32 teams to bowl in support of our food and counselling programs. This year our goal is to raise over $15,000. Here's how you can support this important event:

Register as a Bowler
Want to join a team? Register online, then download a pledge form, and start collecting pledges. You can also invite your friends, family and colleagues to pledge you securely online by sending them this link.
In 2008, the Alley Cats led by Gillian Owen received the trophy for top fundraising team raising more than $1,700 and CLASP organized five teams of students, alumni and staff raising more than $3,200 with Lora Patton's team the "Gutter Gods" winning the challenge trophy for the top CLASP fundraising team. Pledge a Bowler
Want to pledge a bowler online? You can make your pledge securely online by clicking on the link below to go to the FYFB donation portal at the CanadaHelps website. You can designate your pledge to a specific bowler and leave a message of your support. All donations over $20 will receive a tax receipt.

Donate a Prize
Every year we award prizes to the individuals who raise the most funds in their personal pledge drive. The best bowlers too! And, most anticipated, is the Fred Flintstone Bowl, a trophy for the bowler who most embodies Fred's impeccable style on the lanes.
